Why we built Draft
Draft was built by RecruitGo, a team that has spent years helping companies of all sizes build their teams. Through countless hiring processes, we noticed a recurring problem.
Many of our clients wanted an Applicant Tracking System that was easy enough for non-recruiters to use—hiring managers, founders, and team leads who hire occasionally—but advanced enough for professional recruiters who need to manage complex workflows, multiple pipelines, and high-volume hiring.
The tools on the market seemed to fall into two camps: enterprise solutions with steep learning curves and overwhelming features, or overly simplified tools that couldn't scale with growing teams.
So we built Draft—a modern ATS that strikes the perfect balance. Clean and intuitive enough that anyone can start hiring in minutes, yet powerful enough to support serious recruitment operations.
