Three useful places to start.

Copy a prompt into ChatGPT after connecting Draft. It works with the records and permissions available in your company.

Start with what needs attention

Review candidate replies, overdue feedback and offers before choosing your next step.

Review my Draft recruiting work. Show candidate replies, overdue interview feedback, due follow-ups and offers needing attention. Link to the relevant records, flag missing information and suggest next steps. Do not send messages or change any records.

Turn a hiring brief into a job draft

Start with your requirements and review the listing in Draft before publishing.

Help me create a job listing in Draft. Ask for the role, responsibilities, requirements, location and any terms I want to include. Do not invent salary, benefits or company facts. Once we agree the content, save it as an unpublished draft and give me the edit link.

Compare applicants with the role

Bring recorded experience and interview feedback into one review, with the gaps visible.

Help me review applicants in Draft. Ask which vacancy and confirm the job-related criteria with me. Compare recorded qualifications, screening answers and interview feedback against those criteria. Include missing evidence and disagreements, link to each application, and leave all ratings and hiring decisions unchanged.

Keep the context. Own the decision.

Draft brings recorded evidence into the conversation, including gaps and conflicting feedback. Your hiring team reviews it and decides the next step.

  • Each connection is limited to the company you choose.
  • Requested profiles, CV excerpts, answers and notes are shared with ChatGPT when you grant access.
  • Messages, bookings, offers and record changes require the relevant permission and your instruction.
  • Revoke the connection in Draft’s settings at any time. This stops future access; it does not erase information already shared.

The connection has no separate Draft plan upgrade. Workspace limits and feature entitlements still apply; ChatGPT access is separate. See Draft plans and privacy information.
