Keep past applicants and people you have added in a searchable company talent pool. Find the relevant experience again when a new role opens.

Talent-pool search has no separate paid-feature gate. Dashboard bulk outreach requires Pro or Scale; workspace limits apply. See plan details.

Strong portfolio. Interested in a hands-on design role.

Search your company’s pool using the profile details available to your team.

Build on earlier conversations.

Bring together previous applicants, manually added profiles and imported contacts. Keep the record useful even when there is no vacancy for that person yet.

Find the experience you need.

Search profile and CV information, narrow by filters and reuse saved searches. Suggested matches can help you decide which profiles to review first.

Reconnect with a reason.

Read earlier notes and interview feedback before reaching out. Invite someone to a relevant role, or separately add a pool candidate to the vacancy for your team to review.

A few useful details.

Is this a public database of candidates?

No. The talent pool is your company’s collection of applicants and added or imported profiles. It does not give you access to every candidate in Draft.

Does adding someone to a job send an invitation?

No. Adding a pool candidate to a vacancy is a recruiter action and does not send an email or claim the person applied. Sending an invitation is a separate step.

Do match suggestions make hiring decisions?

No. They help surface potentially relevant profiles and explain the suggested match. Your team reviews the evidence and makes the decision.
