Pick up where the conversation left off.

Read the last exchange, write a personal response and keep the next recruiter in the picture. Candidate conversations belong beside the candidate.

Individual conversations and stage emails are available without the bulk-email upgrade. Bulk candidate emails require Pro or Scale. See plan details.

Next step
Here’s a booking link for an introductory conversation with our team.

Personalize a message with the candidate and role in view.

Keep the context close.

Read and reply to messages from a candidate’s profile. Your team can see the conversation alongside applications, CV details and notes.

Write once. Make it personal.

Use templates for recurring messages. On Pro or Scale, send a personalized message to selected candidates with supported name, role and company fields.

Explain what comes next.

Attach an email to a hiring stage so entering that stage can send a relevant update. Review the send result rather than assuming every message was delivered.

A few useful details.

Can candidates reply?

Yes. With candidate reply routing configured, replies appear in the candidate’s conversation history. This is not a sync of your entire Gmail or Outlook inbox.

Does saving a stage email send it?

No. Saving the template does not email candidates already in the stage. An enabled stage email is used when a candidate moves into that stage.

Can I open email attachments inside Draft?

Conversation history can show attachment names and sizes, but attached files are not imported into Draft. Ask the candidate for a link when your team needs to open a file.
