Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customers through live chat.

• Answer questions about products, services, orders, accounts, and company policies.

• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer-service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent written communication and typing skills.

• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable using computers, chat platforms, CRM systems, and other online tools.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
