Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Associate to support our Client Solutions team in identifying, engaging, and recruiting industry experts based on client requirements. This role focuses on sourcing suitable experts, assessing their professional backgrounds, and matching them with specific project needs. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to contribute to a growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client requests to identify suitable subject-matter experts based on project requirements.

• Source, identify, and engage industry experts through messaging, business calls, and offline networking.

• Assess experts' professional backgrounds, experience, and areas of expertise to determine their suitability for client needs.

• Recruit and match qualified industry experts with client requirements within the expected timelines.

• Coordinate with Client Solutions Associates and fellow Recruitment Associates throughout the recruitment process to ensure project needs are met.

• Maintain clear and timely communication with industry experts and internal stakeholders.

• Conceptualize, develop, test, and validate recruitment initiatives to improve processes and support business growth.

• Contribute to the achievement of recruitment targets and overall company objectives.

• Support continuous improvements in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment efficiency.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable with outreach, networking, and engaging professionals from different industries.

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Willingness to work on-site in Makati, Philippines.

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
