Position Overview

RecruitGo looking for a Junior Finance Officer to support day-to-day finance operations across multiple entities. The role will focus on monitoring bank transactions, processing and reconciling payments, maintaining tax records, preparing WHT and VAT reports, updating financial data, and managing client invoicing.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling financial transactions and documentation across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Mandiri and DBS bank accounts and send payment receipts to clients.

• Update and maintain Money Received vs. Money Out reconciliation to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.

• Input and process payments while checking that sufficient funds are available before transactions are completed.

• Maintain and update monthly tax tracking for each entity.

• Prepare monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) and VAT reports.

• Update and maintain financial and accounting data accurately and on a timely basis.

• Prepare and issue invoices to Dubai-based clients.

• Ensure invoices, receipts, payment records, and other financial documents are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

• Assist with regular finance and accounting administration tasks across multiple entities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to resolve payment, reconciliation, invoicing, and documentation issues.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance operations, accounts payable/receivable, or a similar role.

• Experience with bank reconciliation, payment processing, and financial transaction monitoring.

• Familiarity with tax tracking, WHT, and VAT reporting.

• Experience preparing and issuing invoices and payment receipts.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions and data.

• Good organizational and time-management skills, particularly when managing multiple entities and deadlines.

• Comfortable working with banking platforms, accounting systems, and Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
